Parent & Child: Age 6 Months to 3 Years
The primary objective is water adjustment. Parents will be taught to work with their child and keep them safe in and around the water. Children play games that use basic movements in the water such as kicking, arm strokes, and breath control. Basic survival skills including submersion, flotation and exiting the water are mildly introduced. This class also serves as preparation for instructor taught classes beginning at age 3.
Preschool Swim Lessons: Age 3-5 Years
Preschool swim lessons are our introductory level classes. Depending on their skill level, most will start at the water acclimation level to get them comfortable with the water. This is very important to water safety.
