Joint Adventure

Our Arthritis/Aquatics program is offered in conjunction with the North Dallas Arthritis Foundation. Movements are designed to increase range of motion and decrease arthitis pain. This class is beneficial for all.

Lap Swim & Water Walking

Get a great cardiovascular workout while strengthening your muscles. The number of lap lanes available during scheduled classes depends on the size of the class. Lap swim includes water walking, senior swim, and therapeutic swim.
