YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas serves more than 200,000 people annually, regardless of age, income, or background. Anchored in 19 North Texas communities, the Dallas Y has long-standing relationships and physical presence that delivers lasting personal and social change, with three areas of focus: Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. 

This year for North Texas Giving Day we are highlighting our Park South Family YMCA. 

For nearly 55 years, the Park South Family YMCA has been a place of community for the South Dallas' historic Queen City district. The Y has a solid foundation of service to build upon and we stand ready to serve the community more deeply as one of the key capital improvements planned for rejuvenating South Dallas.

A BRAND-NEW PARK SOUTH FAMILY YMCA IS COMING! 

It will include a dedicated wing for our preschool with its own entry, special spaces for our seniors and community to gather for events and classes, a new pool for our swim team and aqua classes, and updated and modernized fitness center space and lobby.

To support our members and community, we need you!

We have a goal to raise $16M to build the new Park South Family YMCA and we need your help to make this a reality. We have many donors supporting this project including the J.E. and L.E. Mabee Foundation, which has provided a challenge grant. Through the challenge grant $50,000 will be matched during North Texas Giving Day.
