2023 Packet Pick Up and Mailing

When you register this year, you can choose the location where you would like to pick it up. Packet pickup locations, dates, and times are subject to change without notice. We will not distribute packets on race day.

FREE PACKET PICKUP

There are five convenient locations for packet pick-up starting November 18th. Please note that the hours for each location vary slightly.
The 5 locations below are the confirmed pick-up locations. 

Plano Family YMCA - 3300 McDermott Rd, Plano, TX 75025
Coppell Family YMCA - 146 Town Center Blvd, Coppell, TX 75019
T. Boone Pickens YMCA - 601 N Akard St. Dallas, TX 75201
Moorland YMCA at Oak Cliff - 6701 S Hampton Rd, Dallas, TX 75232

• Saturday, November 18: 10 AM – 5 PM

• Sunday, November 19: 1 PM – 5 PM (Plano and Coppell only)

• Monday, November 20: 10 AM – 6 PM

• Tuesday, November 21: 10 AM – 6 PM

• Wednesday, November 22: 8 AM – 1 PM (T. Boone Pickens and Plano only)

• Saturday, November 18: 10 AM - 6 PM

• Sunday, November 19: Noon - 5 PM

• Monday, November 20: 10 AM - 6 PM

Detailed instructions will be emailed to registered participants at least one week before the start of packet pickup. Last day to get race day packet shipped is November 7th.
