Age: 11-16 (Must have completed 5th grade)

Cost: $125 Member/$135 Non Member

Camp Theme: POP: Power Of People

Camp Description:

Through weekly themes, teen are inspired and empowered as they experience traditional camp through summer time activities; like swimming and games.  STEAM components, professional speakers, engaging field trips, volunteerism, character and team building exercises, while having fun and making meaningful friendships


Goals of Tween Camp:

  • Develop their capacity for leadership and use it responsibly
  • Help them grow as responsible members of their families and citizens
  • Inspire a faith for daily living upon Y Core Values
  • Broaden their appreciate for individuals who are different or believe differently from themselves
  • Build self-confidence, self-respect and an appreciation of their own worth
  • Teach about opportunities and skills needed to plan and achieve their future dreams
  • Instill self-care for Spirit, Mind and Body
  • Give them the sense of belonging to something bigger than themselves

Tween Camp Impact:

  • 75% of participants feel better about their future
  • 66% of participants care more about being healthy
  • 66% of participants are better able to act respectfully in competition

Camp will be closed July 4th in Observance of Independence Day
