Martial Arts is designed to help you improve both physically and emotionally. Benefits are increased endurance, flexibility, self-control, enhanced discipline and focus. As a student you will gain the benefits of discipline, positive self-image and improved fitness as you grow under the Five Maxims of Karate: Character, Sincerity, Effort, Etiquette and Self-Control.  We teach traditional Karate. Our goal is to reinforce the foundation of discipline and respect in children as well as a better understanding of setting and achieving goals. All of this while learning about the history and motivations of the martial arts makes for a fun and educational time for all.
