What to Wear and Bring to Camp

Because campers will spend most of their time outdoors, we recommend that your child wear comfortable clothes, a swimsuit, swim shoes, and a hat. Campers should also bring a refillable water bottle, towel, and sunscreen. Marking your child’s clothing and backpack with their name is a great way to ensure all possessions return home at the end of camp!

Pick-up and Drop-Off Information

Drop-Off: Campers can be dropped off anytime between 7:30 and 8:15 am at various YMCA branch locations (listed below). For Cross Timbers campers, drop-off is between 7:30 and 9 am. Children will be transported to and from camp every day in an air-conditioned bus.

Pick-Up: Buses depart from camp each day at 4:15 pm. Depending on when buses return, afternoon pick-up will be between 5 and 6 pm each day.
