Chiyo Fraser

Chiyo’s wellness journey began as a professionally trained dancer before entering the fitness world. Her training style includes a focus on body awareness, which includes a variety of exercises. Chiyo's personal training philosophy is that everyone can achieve their fitness goals by building on a foundation of proper form and execution of functional movements.

Collin is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University in Exercise Science and Education. He was inducted into the Hardin-Simmons Hall of Fame in 2009 for Football.

Dale Kuehne

Dale’s road to fitness started in 1985 when a 12-year-old at his gym asked for help with an arm exercise. Dale instantly fell in love with helping people become the best they can be, and by high school he was writing exercise programs for his classmates. Throughout his schooling, certifications, and even today, Dale strives to continue learning new things to better help people reach their fitness goals.

Dee Ann Dominy

Dee Ann comes to the Moody Family YMCA from Nashville, TN where she was a Personal Trainer at the Green Hills YMCA for 19 years. She enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels. She works to bring experience, motivation, and heart to the Personal Training experience. She enjoys working out, spending time with family, and nurturing her ongoing career as an established Singer/Songwriter.

Specialties: Weight/Fat loss through creative HIIT Training. Well prescribed workouts with tangible results. Special Populations including but not limited to Joint Issues, Active Older Adults, Parkinson’s, and Special Needs.

Janice Moore

Janice has a lifelong passion for fitness and has been an avid runner for over 30 years, competing in cross country and road races over every distance from 5k to marathon. She was born and raised in Scotland and moved to the U.S. in 2004. She is married and has a 12-year-old daughter who is a competitive cheerleader. She loves to work with a diverse range of clients from age 8 to 80! She loves to encourage her clients to reach their personal fitness goals and enjoy the benefit of a healthy lifestyle.

Josh Pegram

Josh has a lifelong commitment to staying active and exercising. He is a former dual-sport athlete, competing in football and track at Texas Tech and University of Houston. Josh uses his experiences as an athlete to design challenging programs for those looking to take their exercise routine to the next level.

Kevin Williams

Kevin’s road to fitness started in his early childhood as an avid athlete. The ability to play many sports taught him to use multiple muscle groups similar to getting fit today. He adapted very well going through 3 military branches and gained extensive knowledge becoming a medical assistant to use in the fitness industry. These experiences have motivated Kevin to train/teach and get results. The fitness industry is a great fit for Kevin and a great learning experience for anyone who will get a chance to work with him.

Ray spent 14 successful years in the medical field before he transitioned to the health and fitness industry. Through his time as a laboratory manager in clinical research, he developed a passion for health and physical fitness by seeing many diseases and conditions that could have been prevented or at least minimized with proper nutrition and exercise. He is a results-driven trainer that loves his clients to have fun while they achieve their goals.

Sean Parchem

Sean has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for the YMCA for the last 20 years. Sean spent 14 years at the Y in San Antonio, and the last 8 years in Dallas. He teaches group cycling and boot camp classes. Sean is married with two children; his hobbies include photography and traveling.
