Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™ is a revolutionary metabolic conditioning group exercise class utilizing Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval/circuit training approach. BODYSHRED will help you shed fat, define muscle and gradually transform your physique all in one powerful, incredibly effective class!

How much does it cost? BODYSHRED is FREE to all members!

How long is BODYSHRED? BODYSHRED is a 30-minutes of non-stop class and we mean non stop!

What is a 3-2-1 interval approach? Great question! Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval/circuit approach consists of: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, & 1 minute of abs/core and then repeat!

What equipment do you use? Mats & Dumbbells, all provided by your local Y!

What should I wear? Make sure you wear comfortable clothes & shoes and be ready to move!! Don’t forget your water and towel!
