RECIPE: CUPIDS BOW SMOOTHIE

Our YMCA Lifestyle Coach, Jessica Haims, shares her delicious recipe and it's the perfect for Valentine's Day.

Ingredients for serving 1:

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt (or plain greek yogurt - I prefer vanilla for the smoothie)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana

Directions:

  • Throw it all in a blender and enjoy!
  • Pro tip: you can put these in popsicle molds and make popsicles out of it!
