ST. PATRICK'S SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Our YMCA Lifestyle Coach, Jessica Haims, shares one of her favorite recipe's and she loves when it turns green. It's the perfect recipe for St. Patrick's Day.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup milk of choice - I used skim milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 frozen or fresh banana (frozen will make the smoothie creamier)
  • 3/4 cup - 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt - look for 10g of sugar or less per serving 

Directions:

  • Add milk to blender
  • Add banana and spinach
  • Add vanilla greek yogurt
  • Add honey (if you'd like to)
  • Blend
