Walmart Pharmacies and the Y have partnered together to provide a Holiday Health Screening Event and help you assess your risk and wellness.

On December 13th from 10AM - 12PM, 18 Dallas YMCA locations will be providing screenings:

• Blood Pressure 
• BMI

Additional Screening include: 

• HbA1C = $19/test (cash or check accepted)
• Immunizations
• Flu/Pneumococcal/Tdap* 

*Flu and pneumonia are zero copay on insurances. Insurance/Medicare can be billed for the immunizations and the billing would be done when the pharmacy team returns to the pharmacy.
