ST. PATRICK'S SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Our YMCA Lifestyle Coach, Jessica Haims, shares one of her favorite recipe's and she loves when it turns green. It's the perfect recipe for St. Patrick's Day.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk of choice - I used skim milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 frozen or fresh banana (frozen will make the smoothie creamier)
- 3/4 cup - 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt - look for 10g of sugar or less per serving
Directions:
- Add milk to blender
- Add banana and spinach
- Add vanilla greek yogurt
- Add honey (if you'd like to)
- Blend
