May is High Blood Pressure Education Month, a time to focus on improving cardiovascular health, as well as on hypertension and stroke prevention. The YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program is designed to help adults with hypertension lower and manages their blood pressure.

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas Community Health Department provides evidence-based programming for our community's health and well-being. Programs and activities promote wellness, reduction of disease risk, and helps others reclaim their health.
