Active Older Adults

This program is designed to offer age-appropriate exercise classes to help you be the best you can be! From low impact to arthritis classes, we offer a variety of classes both on land and in the water that fits the needs of many. We offer volunteer opportunities, field trips, informal lectures and educational sessions. We want to keep you busy!

 

Lunch and Learn Series:  The second Wednesday of each month we provide lunch and a speaker to keep you informed on a variety of topics.

Trip: We offer several field trips a year to desirable destinations in and around Dallas
