Registration fees are nonrefundable/nontransferable. Two weeks written notice is required to cancel camper weeks without a penalty fee. A $50 cancellation fee/per camper will be charged if the cancellation is not made at least two weeks before your registered camper week(s) start date (ex: for the week of 5/26/25 cancellations must be submitted by the end of day 5/11/25). After the beginning of the camper week, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the camper week cost.

You can view the weekly draft schedule/dates cancellation fee is applied in the linked document in the automated email received upon registration completion. Any unpaid balances will be drafted from the card on file.

If you are canceling multiple weeks, under "Session Cancel Date," you can indicate which weeks by separating the dates with a comma. If you have multiple children only one request is required for your family.
