Father of the Year Nomination Form

Nominations may come from a child, spouse, friend, YMCA staff member, or a fellow volunteer. Please complete the nomination form and personal essay honoring a dad who meets the following criteria:

Must be a Y member or volunteer within the YMCA Dallas association
Nominees must have demonstrated the YMCA character values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility in their efforts at the YMCA or their community.

Please submit your nomination by May 9th, 2025 to be considered.
