Take Control of Your Health
The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is committed to helping individuals take charge of their health and reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes through our Diabetes Prevention Program. This program is designed for adults who are at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes and provides the tools, resources, and support to make lasting lifestyle changes.
