AFTERSCHOOL & HOLIDAY CAMP CANCELLATIONS
Please Note
Registration fees are nonrefundable (if applicable to program). Two weeks written notice is required to remove your child(ren) from the program as registering for our afterschool program enrolls your child(ren) for the entirety of the 2024-25 school year. You are responsible for payments up to and including the final week of enrollment, as we plan ahead for staffing, supplies, curriculum and more. Thank you for your understanding.
All weekly payments are deducted the Wednesday prior to the week in care.
For Holiday Camp, we require a 3-week notice in order to receive a full refund. If cancellation is received without the proper notice, but still prior to the camp dates, 50% of the payment will be refunded. Holiday Camp cancellations the week of camp are non-refundable.
A confirmation email will be sent to your email provided once the cancellation has been processed.
