Who We Serve
We welcome children with and without developmental disabilities, ages 6 months to 6 years.
Steps to Apply
- Schedule a Tour: Sign up using the link below to visit the school and receive an application packet.
- Submit Application: Return the completed application and fee to be added to our waiting pool.
- Playdate (if applicable): Children with developmental disabilities may be invited for a playdate to gather more information.
Enrollment Decision: Admission is based on space availability and a child’s ability to benefit from a group setting.

What’s Next After Admission
- Complete the full application, including a physician’s signed Admission Information Form.
- Within the first 6–8 weeks, assessments will be conducted for children with developmental delays to create an Individual Intervention Plan (IIP).
We accept all eligible children regardless of race, color, or ethnic origin.
Tuition Information
Standard Tuition
- Monthly tuition: $1,325 (includes full-time attendance and integrated therapies: occupational, physical, speech, and music).
Discounts
- Sibling discount: 20% off tuition.
After-School Options
- Admitted based on available space (waitlist may apply).
- 10-day punch card: $285
- Monthly option: $375 (2:30 PM – 5:30 PM)
Payment Details
- Tuition is divided into 12 equal monthly payments.
- Payments are due by the 1st of each month.
- Late fees: $25 (after the 5th) + $5/day until paid.
- Non-payment by the 15th may result in termination unless arrangements are made with the Director.
Tuition is not reduced for school breaks, vacations, or absences.
Financial Aid
The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is committed to ensuring that everyone has access to membership and program services. Through the Y For All program, we offer financial assistance to those who qualify.
