Curriculum at Rise
At The Rise School of Dallas, we use research-based curriculum models to create a rich, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Our approach supports all areas of early childhood development, ensuring every child thrives.
Our Core Curriculum Models:
- Creative Curriculum® – A play-based, hands-on approach that fosters learning through exploration, discovery, and guided instruction.
- Learning Without Tears® – A multisensory program designed to build strong foundations in handwriting, literacy, and math.
- Conscious Discipline® – A relationship-based classroom management approach that teaches emotional regulation, problem-solving, and social skills.
Each child follows an Individualized Instructional Plan (IIP), reviewed twice a year, to track progress in five key areas: cognitive, physical/motor, language, social-emotional, and approaches to learning.
Integrated Therapies:
Children may receive physical, occupational, speech, and music therapy within the classroom setting. Teachers and therapists work together to embed therapeutic strategies into daily activities, ensuring skills are consistently reinforced.
Our curriculum is designed to meet the diverse needs of our students, preparing them for success in kindergarten and beyond.
