Scholarships
Every family’s circumstances are different, and we’re here to help. Scholarships may be available to provide additional support with YMCA Afterschool tuition. If you have questions about available options, our team is happy to help you explore what may be a good fit for your family.
Tuition Support
Families may qualify for tuition support based on eligibility requirements. Applying is simply a way to find out what support may be available to your family—there’s no need to assume you won’t qualify.

Sibling Discount
Families with more than one child enrolled can receive $10 off per week for each additional child after the first child.
Employee Discount
ISD employees are eligible for a discount on their corresponding YMCA Afterschool tuition. Send us an email from your ISD account that matches the ISD your child is enrolled in, and we will take care of the rest!

Tuition Support
Families may qualify for tuition support based on eligibility requirements. Applying is simply a way to find out what support may be available to your family—there’s no need to assume you won’t qualify.
You don't have to decide whether your family “needs it enough.” Our tuition support process is designed to help determine what options may be available to you. If you qualify, you're not taking an opportunity away from another family — you're using a resource created to help make YMCA programs accessible to more families.
To apply, families can return the completed application and required documentation to your Local YMCA. Below is the link for both the application and our locations

To be considered for a minimum of 20% support, please submit one of the following:
- Two recent pay stubs
- Proof of public assistance
- Letter from employer
- Personal letter explaining financial need
To be considered for greater support (up to 50%), submit the following:
- IRS Form 1040(required)
- Two pay stubs or letter from employer(required)
- Proof of public assistance
- Proof of Social Security or Disability assistance
DO NOT send documents containing sensitive information via email (i.e. SSN, Tax ID, etc), we will review documents at the front desk.
