2026 Park South Family Health & Wellness Expo
The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is once again teaming up with Parkland Hospital, Children's Health, UT Southwestern, Community Council, Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council, Texas Health, Texas Health Community Hope, Dallas County Health and Human Services Chronic Disease Prevention, Methodist Dallas, Health Street, Momentous Institute, Suvida, STAR Medical, Humana, Metrocare Services, Dallas Research Institute, Maximus, Saint Pauls, Center for BrainHealth, Scottish Rite for Children, and Girls on the Run for a back-to-school health expo emphasizing mental and physical wellness.
Join us at the Park South Family YMCA, located at 2500 Romine Ave. Dallas, TX 75215 on August 1 from 11 AM - 2 PM.
This event addresses a gap in weekend activities by offering a valuable resource for the community. Families can take advantage of FREE health screenings, live fitness and cooking demos, and special prizes.
