After discovering the YMCA volleyball program in 2012, the author began coaching in 2013 and has since led approximately 35 teams, becoming a stable force in the community. Their dedication to the program not only fostered a thriving volleyball community in Flower Mound but also inspired former players to give back by coaching the next generation.
