EAST DALLAS SUMMER DAY CAMP
Through purposeful play, campers explore new interests, strengthen social skills, and build confidence in a supportive, engaging environment. Weekly themed activities combine outdoor adventures, creative and enriching activities, fitness, swimming, and fun-filled field trips.
Campers also learn leadership, responsibility, and teamwork. Each day is thoughtfully designed to help children grow while having an unforgettable summer experience.
Camp Estrella is an Indoor Camp. Campers at Indoor Camps spend approximately 30% of their time outside.

Dates: Thursday 5/28/26 - Friday 8/7/26
Camp will be closed on Friday 7/3/2026 & Monday 8/3/2026
Camp Regular Care Rates (7:00am to 5:30pm): $205.00 per week for YMCA Members | $235.00 for Non-Members
Camp Extended Care Rates (7:00am to 6:00pm): $215.00 per week for YMCA Members | $245.00 for Non-Members

Registration Fee is discounted 50% during the special promotional weekends listed below:
- Super Sign-Up Weekend: Friday, February 27th through Monday, March 2nd
- Race to Register Weekend: Friday, April 24th through Monday, April 27th
Camp Meals/Snack: Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack included.
YMCA Dallas serves free summer meals at select summer camp locations that meet specific at-risk/income guidelines established by the Texas Department of Agriculture and the USDA. These meals are at no cost to our families and are not reflected in the price of the weekly camper week. Campers can choose to partake, or they can bring their own nut-free lunch.

Camp YMCA Explorers Location: Mockingbird Elementary | 5828 E. Mockingbird Ln., Dallas, TX, 75206
Ages: 5 to 12-year-olds
Camp Dates: Camp will operate weekly Monday through Thursday from 7/6/2026 to 7/23/2026.
Camp will be closed on Fridays.
Camp Hours of Operation – Full Day Care: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Camp Hours of Operation – Half Day Care: 9:00am to 12:00pm OR 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Camp Full Day Care Rates: $350.00 per week for YMCA Members Non-Members
Camp Half-Day Care Rates (Morning or Afternoon): $175.00 per week for YMCA Members/Non-Members
