YMCA DAY CAMPS

Summer Day Camps are about discovery: finding new talents, trying new activities, and making lasting memories. We believe in the power of learning through play; therefore, Campers' days will be filled with weekly theme-based enrichment activities, nature/outdoor learning, time for creative and performing arts, improvisation games, fitness/conditioning, community service projects, off-site field trips, swimming/water games, leadership opportunities, and so much more!

We are happy to offer day camps for Pre-K and School-Aged children. Please see below for the location and date details.

Regular Care Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Extended Care Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Sibling Discount: Sibling Discount of flat $10 off any additional children after the first child, per week enrolled. You must email tirzah.anderson@ymcadallas.org for this adjustment to be made to your weekly invoices. Please note only one discount is applicable per registration and can not be "stacked." (ex: sibling discount, financial assistance, ISD discount, etc.)

Member vs Non-Member Pricing: Please note that for the discounted member rate, your child(ren) must be a YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas member. This means that adult-only membership types would not benefit from the discounted youth programs. You would need a membership within our association that includes dependents. Your child must also be a member during the weeks registered for the member pricing.

Cancellation: We require a two weeks' written notice using this link: Summer Camp Cancellation Link . You will receive an email from our Customer Support team once it has been processed. A cancellation fee of $50/camper per week will be assessed without the proper notice.

PRE-K DAY CAMPS (4 - 5 yrs who have not completed Kindergarten)
Preschool camps include hands-on learning activities, splash time and tons of fun. Preschool Campers participate in themed weeks with special guests! Kids spend at least 30 minutes engaging in outdoor activities.

Bathroom independence is a prerequisite for ALL Childcare programs, including Pre-K and School Age Day Camps.

SCHOOL AGE DAY CAMPS (5 - 12 yrs)
Our Summer Day Camps provide uninterrupted enrichment-based care for families who need full-day support; the Y offers one-week camps for the entire summer break with both indoor and outdoor options. Snacks and/or meals are included. Campers at Outdoors Camps spend a majority of their time outside, while campers at Indoor Camps spend most of their time inside.
