Community Health Day

The Grand Prairie Family YMCA invites you and your family to join us for Community Health Day—a fun, interactive, and welcoming event focused on health, wellness, and community connection.

This special day will feature a variety of engaging booths hosted by YMCA departments and local community partners. Each booth will offer something unique for all ages, including fitness activities, wellness education, hands-on experiences for kids, and helpful community resources. Our goal is to create a space where families can move, learn, and connect in a fun and meaningful way.

To make the experience even more exciting, guests will receive a “passport-style” map upon arrival. As they visit each booth, they will collect stickers along the way. Once all booths are visited, participants will be eligible to receive a special prize (while supplies last).
