J.E.R. Chilton YMCA at Rockwall has launched a $5,200,000 million capital campaign to renovate and expand our current building to meet the needs of a growing community. 

The renovation and expansion will allow the J.E.R. Chilton YMCA at Rockwall to provide more space for our members and grow our programs.

Our building expansion and renovations will include:

• Aquatic Center Expansion – Expanding access to vital water safety programs, swim lessons, and recreational swimming for families. Improvements include rebuilding and winterizing the roof and exterior walls for year-round use, adding a new changing room, and enhancing overall facility comfort and safety.
• New Group Exercise Studio – Creating another dedicated space for group fitness classes, offering more opportunities for members to stay active and engaged in a supportive community. 
• Expanded Parking lot – Increasing parking capacity to improve accessibility and convenience, ensuring a smoother and quicker experience for members and visitors.
